When new customers come to us, we must be able to meet their demands and be creative in developing the right services for them. We expect just as much from our suppliers as we do from ourselves.

That's why we have implemented a Supplier Assessment Programme, which starts with a detailed evaluation of business health, business capabilities and common business opportunities with suppliers, to enter once collaboration is effective, into a factual performance monitoring approach.
